My Word Journey on HEART

1828 Dictionary: The seat of the affections and passions, as of love, joy, grief, enmity, courage, pleasure etc.

Dictionary.com: The center of emotion, especially as contrasted to the head as the center of the intellect.

LDS.org: Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
                -Ezekiel 28:6

For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
                -3 Nephi 13:21

Quotes: The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart.
        -Helen Keller

I cannot even imagine where I would be today were it not for that handful of friends who have given me a heart full of joy. Let's face it, friends make life a lot more fun.
        -Charles R. Swindoll

Throughout life people will make you mad, disrespect you and treat you bad. Let God deal with the things they do, cause hate in your heart will consume you too.
        -Will Smith

My Definition: Heart. That’s the center of life, of everything really. It’s said that ‘where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.’ And I completely agree. Our hearts are the base of our being, our existence if you will. It’s where true love, and true sorrow come from. The heart, is where we feel CHRIST.
